The high-speed sawing motion of the oscillating tool head nearly eliminates hangars and minimizes overcut.

Blades The blades are specifically designed to handle a wide range of applications. Paired with your Eastman, the versatile oscillating tool head revolutionizes your cutting room, allowing you to cut an array of materials.

Heavy-Duty Tool HeadThe oscillating tool is engineered within a heavy-duty tool head, containing two additional tool spindles.

■ Individually aligned and calibrated spindles allows choice of two tools, in addition to oscillating tool

■ Stiffer, thicker tool spindles offer less deflection when cutting rigid or dense material

■ Pneumatic pen lift/holder assembly included

Frequency ■ 12,000 Hz (12,000 oscillations per second)

Blade Stroke & Speed■ 1.0 mm stroke (2,400 cm/minute blade speed): primarily

non-woven material, fusible material such as plastic, PVC vinyl, reinforced vinyl

■ 2.5 mm stroke (6,000 cm/minute blade speed): knit and woven materials, non-fusible material such as insulating material. Larger stroke also provides maximum cutting ability for high-density material.

Cutting SurfacesDepending on the material, blade and stroke your application requires, there are two cutting surfaces available: felt or soft thick urethane. An experienced Eastman representative will present a comprehensive recommendation based on your application.
