UPDATE Cormorant Township
Summer 2019
www.cormoranttownship.org
CORMORANT DAZE The 9th annual Cormorant Daze Festival will take place on Saturday, August 17th in Cormorant
Village. This is a fun-filled family event that is guaranteed to have something for everyone, no
matter what your age. Be sure to bring the kids, grandpa and grandma, or a friend and come out
for the day and join in the festivities. Cormorant Daze buttons are now on sale and available at
the businesses throughout the village. Purchase one now before they sell out, for a chance to win
cash prizes. Winners will be posted at the Cormorant Pub.
It takes a village to put on an event this large and volunteers are still needed to work a 2 hour shift
at one of the events. If you are new to the area, it is a great way to meet new people and have fun
at the same time. If you are willing to help out that day, contact Trish at The Cormorant Pub. 218-
849-0615.
New this year is a Meet and Greet under the big tent, with Minnesota Vikings legend, Chuck
Foreman. He will be there from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm to meet you and sign autographs!
