Términos y condiciones 1.- Los términos y condiciones de la subasta, son los siguientes: Subasta: la venta pública de los carteles Comisión de la plataforma online: las subastas online de Original Poster Barcelona se realizan a través de la plataforma internacional, Invaluable, cualquier lote comprado en este formato de “puja en tiempo real”, tiene una comisión del 3% añadida sobre el precio de martillo y el hammer price (o comisión de la casa de subastas)

Precio de compra: se trata del precio al que se adjudica el lote más el 15% de la comisión de corretaje, y el IVA vigente (21%). El IVA se aplica únicamente a los residentes europeos y sobre las comisiones no sobre el precio total de compra. Si la compra final se realiza en puja “live bidding” se recargará un 3% adicional.

Comprador: la persona a la que se adjudica el lote Mediante la participación en la subasta, el comprador declara que acepta en su totalidad los términos y condiciones de la venta. 2.- Las descripciones del catálogo, así como cualquier información escrita o verbal sobre cualquier lot, son realizadas con el conocimiento y la mejor voluntad de la casa de subastas , y en ningún caso el comprador renunciará a sus obligaciones de compra una vez aceptadas.El comprador está en su derecho a revisar el lote antes de la celebración de la subasta para verificar su estado y su condición

3.- Organización de la subasta: Original Poster Barcelona es responsable de la preparación, organización y ejecución de la subasta. La casa de subasta se reserva el derecho -antes o durante la subastas- de rechazar ofertas y excluir a compradores de la misma. Además, la casa de subastas tiene la postestad de retirar lotes de la subasta, interrumpir, o dar por terminada la misma. También podrá rectificar sus errores con respecto a pujas o a lotes. 4.- Método de subasta: el comprador tiene que pagar un 15% sobre la cantidad asignada al item, más un 3% extra de comisión si la puja se realiza en “live bidding” más un 21% de tasas sobre las diferentes comisiones. Cada comprador es responsable de sus ventas y no puede reclamar sobre ninguna comisión. Las pujas más altas serán las ganadores de los lotes pero el subastador tiene la decisión final sobre cualquier disputa.

5.- Los pujadores tendrán un número de pujador asignado antes de que comience la subasta. Después de la subasta recibirán una factura, que una vez pagada, permitirá que el lote sea.

6.- Pagos: todos los pagos tiene que ser satisfechos en un periodo máximo de 18 días después de recibir la factura. Se permite el pago mediante transferencia bancaria, tarjeta de crédito, paypal y al contado en las oficinas de Original Poster.

7.- El ganador de un lote es el propietario oficial del mismo una vez la factura está pagada, el envío de lotes es posible mediante el pago de los gastos correspondientes.

8.- Impagos: en el caso de que no se efectúen los pagos correspondientes, Original Poster, tiene el derecho a subastar de nuevo o a vender los lotes. 9. Artículo final: cualquier disputa tendría que ser resuelta mediante las leyes españolas Condiciones de los carteles:

“A” la condición del cartel es excelente. Está limpio, retiene el color original y está libre de defectos. Estos carteles no han tenido restauraciones más allá de su entelado.

“B” los carteles están en una muy buena condición. Podrían tener alguna pérdida mínima de papel, normalmente limitada a los bordes, que podrían haber sido reemplazados. Podría tener alguna marca de dobleces, retocadas. Podría haber evidencias de residuos o retoques en los bordes.

“C” Tienen un estado bueno, pero con dobleces, pérdida de color. Posiblemente con alguna restauración

Terms & Conditions: 1.- The term conditions are defined as follows: Auction: the public sale of posters Live Bidding Fee: Original Posters Auctions are solely made with Invaluable, any lot bought at our Auction it has an additional 3% commission over the Hammer Price + Buyer's premium Purchase Price: the amount for which the lot was sold by the auctioneer, plus a 15% premium, -3% Live Bidding Fee- plus 21% VAT -only applicable for European Residents and over the commission fees not over the lot price. Purchaser: the person to whom a lot is alloted By participating in this auction, the Purchaser declares that he/she fully accepts the terms and conditions of sale and that she will never be able to plead that they are unacquainted with these conditions of sale or their current use. 2.- The description provided in the catalog together with all the written and verbal information are given to the best kwnoledge of the auction house and can never led to a reddress on the auction house or seller respectively, or be raised as a reason for the purchaser to withdraw from his/her obligations to accept and pay for the goods. Neither the seller nor the the auction house can provide any sort of guarantee, as the purchaser or bidder is supposedly able to personally ensure the state and condition of the goods by asking additional pictures, condition reports, or personal viewings at Original Poster premises. All goods are sold in the condition in which they apperared at the allotted time. 3.- Auction Organisation: Original Poster Barcelona are responsible for the organisation, preparation and execuxion of the auction. The auction occurs in agreement with the local and national auction conventions. In addition, it takes place in order to set out in the relevant catalogue. However, the auction house has the right to deviate from this. Unmarked or unnumbered items are not included in the auction. The auction house has the power -both before and during the auction-, not to acknowledge a bid, to exclude one or more prospective purchasers from the auction. Furthemore, the auction house has the power to cancel the auction with respect to all, or one or more of the lots, to interrupt and/or resume the auction. Also has the power to rectify its mistakes with respects to bids or allocation without the prospective purchasers being able to take advantage of these mistakes. 4.- Auction Method: The purchaser is required to pay an extra 15% premium on the amount assigned to the item, there will be also a 3% Online Live Bidding Commission plus VAT taxes (21% only for European Residents). Each purchaser is responsible for his own purchase and cannot claim a commission. The highest bidder will be the purchaser. The auctioneer will have the absolute decision when settling any dispute. 5.- Bidders obtain a bidding number from the auctioneer before the auction commences. After the auction an invoice will be issued to the PURCHASER and when paid, it enables the goods to be collected. 6.- Payment: all payments must be made within 18 days of receipt of the sales invoice. Payments are allowed by wire/bank transfer, credit card, paypal and cash at Original Poster premises. 7. The bidder is the official owner of the lot once the invoice is paid, delivery of goods is possible by paying the shipping costs involved and takes places at the buyer risk and expenses. 8.- Default payment: In the event of default payment within the 18 days allowed, Original Poster has the right to re- auction or to sell the concerned items. 9.- Final Article: Any disputes may occur will be settled by Spanish laws. Posters Conditions “A” condition posters are in excellent condition. They are clean, retain their original coloring and are generally free of defects. These posters will not have had restoration beyond the actual mounting process, which may include mended tears in the margin of the poster; very light fold lines may be evident to an up close inspection. “B” condition are in fine condition. They may have minor paper loss, usually limited to the border area, which may have been replaced. Fold lines may have been retouched. Evidence of tape residue or removal may be visible in the corners or border area. “C” condition are in very good condition. “C” posters may show visible wear, fold lines, tape residue or light foxing. These posters will have had professional, archival restoration work.
