ORIENTATION NIGHT SIERRA DE GUARA

We have a map exactly mapping to go by interpreting the field and moving toward the various

points of control by which we have to go through to achieve the itinerary.

Remember that during the journey you will find various surprises: animals of nightlife, added

difficulties, mishaps unexpected… All this and more will give you a great deal of emotion!

Minimum Requirements:

• To carry out this activity is not necessary to have previous experience, simply to follow

correctly the previous explanations to the activity and the indications of the guide.

• Any person with a physical condition basic you can perform this activity.

• The minimum age is 14 years. With younger children it is required that the journey is carried

out jointly with an adult.

• Do not be afraid of the dark.

Places of practice:

• Easiest option: Circuit to be carried out by urban land and semi-urban (streets and

surroundings of Alquézar).

• Circuit more technical: circuit that takes place in a natural environment open. Develops by

trails, small pieces of forest, diverse vegetation…The circuit is to be found just to the side of the

River, in an area called the leap of Bierge, in the Sierra de Guara.
