Vision Mission Value
We must honour the
voices of the
child, consider their
worth and allow those
thoughts of theirs to be
made visible. We have to
give them the tools and scaffold their
learning to make meaning of the
world in their thoughts and
connect them to
the real world.
Secondly, values
must be
fundamental
and
foundational – it must build up the child. We have
taken heed to the wise words of the
sage, “Train a child in the way he
should go, and when he is old he will
not depart from it”.
Thirdly, we need
to document what
has been learnt. Our
children must
be able to see, feel,
touch, smell and taste
their learning.
They have to
construct meaning
and make sense of
the world around
them.
Fourthly, we are not alone. We are
building an ethical
community of
learners – teachers,
parents, children, community. Our
teachers are theprofessional ethical learning
community. An old African
proverb reverberates in our
hearts,
“It takes a village to
raise a child”. Parents are
our partners, the community,
our stakeholders.

Valued partners in school to enrich your children’s primary school years
Welcome to the N4S Community!
Together, we work in partnership with the school for the common vision of a
betterment of our children’s primary school years.
What can I do to support my child’s education?
Go on learning journeys
Participate in recess time activities

What some children tell their parents who
volunteer actively…
“Mummy, I am so proud of you!”
“Daddy, I like it when you come and play with me during
