2. Central location for the CCAFS teams and Center collaborators to view forthcoming internal and international events, staff absences, institutional contact points directory, meeting agendas/minutes 

3. Document collaboration and management

- Ability to check-in/check-out documents (one-author at a time)

- Manage version history

- Set final documents as records to ensure no one else modifies them

- Send document links by email (instead of attachments)
