Build an Enterprise-Wide Vision and Close the Gap between your Current and Future States
Presented by:
Dear Colleague,
“What is the best organization you’ve ever been in?” “What made
it so good?” “What steps were taken to build and sustain it” Most
organizations focus on pieces of this challenge, but few address it
holistically and directly.
The concept of the High Performance Work Organization has been
in place since 1994 (USDOL), yet few organizations take a disciplined
approach to building organizational excellence — where all the
components of high performance are present and leveraged for both
maximum mission accomplishment and ongoing staff commitment.
This practical and hands-on, two-day workshop answers the questions:
“Which organizations are considered High Performance Organizations
(HPO)?” and “What qualifies them as such?” before delving into the
proven framework of “What are the components?” and “How does
one become a High Performance Organization (HPO)?”. Two different
assessments are used to both showcase what organizational excellence
looks like as well as provide participants with a picture of how they
compare. The critical thinking small group exercises and discussions,
and significant action planning elements of the workshop help crystallize
commitments and the confidence to execute them.
As you’ll see below, a number of unique but simple conceptual
frameworks are used to communicate the ideas and the language of the
seven components of the organizational excellence framework. One
of the workshop’s greatest strengths is its ability to engage all levels of
an organization (executives, leaders, managers, supervisors and front-
line staff) with this common picture and language. Attendees of this
workshop have returned to their organizations, implemented their action
plans, and produced breakthrough results.
We look forward to positioning you for similar successes in
Washington, DC!
Sincerely,
Ted Kniker
