Students who have registered as IPCC / IntermediateStudents / Students who
are pursuing their Articleship Training / Students who have completed their
Practical Training but could not qualify their final examinations may attend the
conference till next one year from the date of completion of Practical Training.
(CPT Students and Students who have completed one year beyond their
Articleship training will not be eligible to register for these Conferences)

Students (pursuing Practical Training/Industrial Training) are invited to
contribute papers for presentation (1500 to 2000 words) for topics in Technical-
Sessions and submit for approval a soft copy of the Paper at
[email protected] by 15th July, 2019.
Each paper writer will be given 10-12 minutes for presentation at the Conference.
The mail or hard Copy for selection as a Paper Presenter should consist of:
Ÿ Word copy of Presentation (1500 – 2000 MS Words) having Fonts Size 14.
Ÿ Brief Profile of Student
Ÿ Passport Size Photograph
Ÿ 120 Seconds Video Recording of Participants giving speech.
Ÿ Power Point Presentation of 10-15 slides along with Student's Photograph (with his/her
name on the back of the photograph), ICAI Students' Registration Number, Course pursuing,
complete postal address, Mobile, Landline numbers and e-mail ID be also sent to
Chandigarh Branch of NIRC at postal address of Chandigarh Branch of NIRC of ICAI
Ÿ Outstation student speakers shall be reimbursed actual travelling expenses equivalent to 2
tier AC and DA @ Rs. 1500/- per day for lodging and incidental expenses etc.(It is suggested
that the students submitting the papers may tentatively book train tickets pending selection
of their papers. This may enable them to have confirmed train tickets.)
