Class Guidelines

1. Personal safety is your

responsibility – Everyone must sign a liability and medical waiver form to participate in this class.

2. Because each session builds on the next, attendance is expected.

3. Plan to Wear: close-toed shoes and clothing that you do not mind getting muddy.

4. Plan to bring with you: water, snack, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen and non-DEET mosquito repellent, poncho in case of rain, & folding chair
