    this, he could also react instantly.

    e"trinsic reards to motivate his staffs to be more productive.

    In our intervie ith him, he said that before the

    mid$year and year$end, he can submit a re4uest to the board

    to increase the bonus of his staffs. These monetary reards !eep the staffs to remain focused in

    increasin# their performance. -nd since they don&t often have the time to bond ith each other,

    to praise one&s #ood performance, middle mana#ers li!e r. -studillo uses bonus to notify their

    staffs that they are appreciatin# their efforts.

    very positive ambiance that helps in motivatin# productivity to the staffs.
