Dear Preacher Ken & Congregation of College Street Baptist Church, We received the acknowledgement from the National Kidney Foundation regarding the gift you gave in memory of our daughter and sister, Cathy Fleming Godfrey. We appreciate this gift from the church and want you to know how much we love you and thank you for your thoughts and concern at the time of our loss. Our church family means so much to us and again, thank you for your loving gift.

(Following is a portion of a letter received from the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd St., New York, NY 10016 on May 12, 2015 for the Cathy Fleming Godfrey gift.)
Dear Friends, Thank you for your gift in memory of Cathy Godfrey. At a time when you are remembering someone very dear to you, you also thought of others living with kidney failure. On their behalf and from us, thank you for your thoughtful gift to support the NKF’s lifesaving programs and services. An acknowledgement has been sent on your behalf to Mr. Alan Godfrey. We’ll keep you updated on work that you have helped make possible. We’ve been in the fight against kidney disease for 65 years and our commitment to the awareness, prevention and treatment of kidney disease has never been stronger.
Sincerely,
Kevin Longino, Interim Executive Officer National Kidney Foundation
************** Dear College Street Baptist Church, Our family would like to thank you for your kind contribution made in memory of our loving David (POP) Hiott that will be used for the ministry of his church in Pickens. We also thank you for your thoughts, prayers and cards during this time. Your thoughtfulness has been greatly appreciated.
With Love, The Hiott Family
************** Dear College Street Baptist, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you on behalf of the McCormick Correctional Institution Pastoral Care Services and myself for the donation of bulletin paper, a greatly needed resource. Many don’t see the benefit this action pays to the Kingdom of God in furthering the day to day business of the chaplain’s office. It is always a blessing to see true men and women of God who don’t mind giving their time and resources to changing lives and saving souls. May grace and peace be with you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Once again, thank you for all you do and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely Rev. N. Barber, Senior Clinical Chaplain III
************** Dear CSBC Members and Friends, We would like to thank each of you that have helped us during our time of need. Dickie’s stroke was two weeks before Christmas 2014. Since that time he has been from one doctor to another. Thank God he is getting some better. Your prayers, phone calls, cards and visits have really meant a lot to us. The meals you provided to us on Wednesday nights have really been a blessing. It would be impossible to call each name but God will reward your love, kindness and concern for us. It means so much to be a member of a loving church.
In Christ’s Love, Gladys & Dickie Moody
