HAZARDOUS SHIPMENTS are made in full compliance with theHazardous Materials Regulations set forth in either Title 49 of the USCode of Federal Regulations (49CFR) or the International Air Transport

Association (IATA). Certain products in our catalog are classied ashazardous goods and subject to a hazardous materials surcharge. Theseproducts are identied by the hazardous symbols listed below.

Identies hazardous materials. These items will incur

a hazmat fee for all shipments, ground, express orinternational.

Identies international hazardous materials. These itemsincur a hazmat fee only for international shipments.

Identies ORMD or consumer commodities items. Theseitems will incur a hazmat fee only when shipped via air.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will accept all unused products returned to us within 7 days of priorauthorization. Please provide your authorization number on the packagingand return to the address above. A 20% restocking charge will be applied

to the order and shipping charges must be prepaid. Please understandthat special orders are not returnable under any conditions.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders intended for ultimate shipment outside the United States mustbe handled by SIRCHIEs International Department.

Certain commodities used in Crime Control can not be exported from theUnited States without specic approval from the United States Departmentof Commerce (Part 750, US Export Administration Regulations) and/or theDepartment of State (22 CFR 120-130, ITAR). Unless agreed to in advance,it is the shipper of record responsibility to obtain the Export License.SIRCHIE will apply for a license once all necessary information, whichmust include the full name, address and contact person of all partiesinvolved, is provided. SIRCHIE reserves the right to refuse shipment toany exporter who has not satisfactorily shown compliance with applicableexport regulations.

Foreign Orders require prepayment or an irrevocable letter of credit advisedand conrmed by a major United States bank, payable in US Dollars atsight upon standard proof of shipment. All banking charges, includingthose of negotiating and paying banks, documentation, legalization and/or authentications charges are to be paid by the purchaser.

Diversion contrary to US law is prohibited.

PAYMENT TERMS

We will extend open billing to United States federal, state and localgovernment agencies in good standing. Please provide a purchase ordernumber or voucher with your order. Terms of payment are net 30 daysfrom invoice date. Late payment charges equal to 1.5% will be added toany unpaid balance each month. Other customers may either apply foropen billing or pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express)prior to shipping. All prepaid orders must include shipping and handlingcharges. We will accept sales tax only for the customers who are nottax-exempt in the states of New Jersey, North Carolina, California andIndiana. Please provide your tax exempt certicate.

MINIMUM ORDERS

Please be aware that the minimum domestic and international orderis $25.00 and $500.00, respectively (excluding shipping and handlingcharges).

SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipments to United States destinations are shipped F.O.B Youngsville,North Carolina, USA or SIRCHIEs shipping point. Most small packagesare shipped via UPS, FedEX or other common carrier. As directed by thepurchaser, shipments may be made by their chosen carrier using freightcollect or third party billing. Large orders and/or fragile items may beshipped by UPS Freight or FedEx Freight LTL.

Shipping charges will be based upon the size, weight and destination ofthe order and will incur an additional handling/processing charge. Pleasecontact your SIRCHIE sales representative for an estimate if desired.

We also offer express shipments in a variety of options from Next DayEarly A.M. to 3-Day Select. Contact a SIRCHIE sales representativefor more details and express rates. For express shipments of hazardousgoods, customers must contact a SIRCHIE sales representative foravailability and applicable charges.
