at Frazier in Montgomery. Please be in fervent prayer for our clergy and lay

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY Promotion Sunday is today. Whoo hoo! Please make sure your sixth grader is in the 10:30 a.m. worship service so we can recognize him/her. We our so proud of all of them. Let's all pray for them and cheer them on as they move up into our wonderful youth group. School is out! We will resume bus pickup in August when kids are back in the classroom grind. No worries! We have lots of fun things planned for the kids during the summer! Our first event is next Sunday, June 9 at 5:30 p.m. Grab a friend and come join us for our VBS Power Up Party! We will have yummy pizza, fun crafts, and awesome games!

Now's the time! VBS runs from Sunday, June 23 through Wednesday, June 26 from 5:30-8:00 p.m. Don't forget to pre-register your child for Power Up VBS! 1136 STUDENT MINISTRY We are so excited the upcoming 7

thgraders will be part of the student ministry

family starting today, and we can’t wait to see how God is going to use their gifts and talents to help the ministry grow and show God’s love and light to others! It is easier than ever to stay informed about all the pain, evil, and injustice in the world, but is it possible that justice is about something more than a hashtag, sending a tweet, or sharing a video? This month the 1136 Student Ministry will explore not just posting and talking about those injustices, but actually doing something about them by loving mercy, acting justly, and walking humbly (and what doing that looks like through the lens of the Bible)!
