ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(a) each person, other than a minister, named in the Schedule to this order is appointed to the position indicated in the Schedule for that person in the office of the minister listed in Column 1 of the Schedule to the left of that person's name;

(b) each position to which a person is appointed under paragraph (a) of this order is a position which requires the incumbent to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council;

(c) each person appointed under paragraph (a) of this order as an Administrative Coordinator shall be paid in accordance with the Compensation Guidelines attached to order in council 1230/93 beginning at the step and for the position indicated in the Schedule to this order for that person;

(d) if a person appointed to a position under paragraph (a) of this order held a position in a minister's office by appointment under section 15 of the Public Service Act immediately before the making of this order, that earlier appointment is rescinded;

(e) a person appointed as an Administrative Coordinator under paragraph (a) of this order shall have the terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for Category A appointments in order in council 806/89.
