FosterAdopt Connect specializes in solving problems for children, youth and families involved in foster care. Our mission is “to provide foster and adopted children a stable, loving and nurturing family environment by support and advocacy for abused and neglected children and the families caring for them.”
Our programs have helped increase access to quality health and support services for hundreds of foster and adoptive families. We have demonstrated an ability to craft solutions to the everyday challenges facing these families and their services contribute greatly to their high rate of foster parent retention. FosterAdopt Connect also has a direct-aid service program called Sammy’s Window that provides clothing, food, school supplies, personal hygiene items, diapers, highchairs, strollers, even toys and furniture are available free of charge for children in foster care or who have been adopted out of foster care.

THE EVENTJoin us for the 2nd Annual Taste of Jazz on Thursday, September 8th at the Old Glass Place. This will be Springfield’s next “must attend” charity event! It will be a night of live Jazz music by Bella Donna, dancing, local craft beer and wine tasting, hors d’oeuvres, and a silent and live auction. As an added bonus, our Youth Speak Out group will tell about their lives in foster care.
