Legs are shorter than their arms so when they swing they don’t get in their way
Their thumbs are short so they can swing more easily.
Their feet look the same as their hands so that they can stand on the branches.
How do they Act?Behavioral Adaptations
They build nests and they curl up in a ball so that they won’t fall out of the tree.They swing from tree to tree so that they can travel farther and faster They will fight with each other to get food. Such as grabbing bananas from other apes.To protect themselves from humans they make scary noises and show their sharp teeth.
