Online Ordering – Flexischools

Flexischools

To view our menu, visit www.flexischools.com.au, enter our school name in the green box (enter school here). Select your child's class name, then chose a Lunch order option to view the ordering options that are available.

Online Orders

The canteen encourages placing orders through the online ordering service. Orders can be placed until 9.30am on the day for lunch. You also have the option to place orders in advance.

Easy Online Registration

1. Go to Flexischools website (www.flexischools.com.au)

2. Click on Register Now

3. Enter your email address

4. You will then receive an emailed link to an online form - please click on and follow the link

5. Choose a username and password then complete the form

6. Add each student and their class

7. Top-up the account

Please note there is a 29c service order fee per online order.

HINTS AND TIPS

· Please ensure your child has enough money to cover their lunch order. If not, they will be given a sandwich or quantity ordered will be reduced. The canteen does not offer credit arrangements.

· When completing your lunch bag, please write details HALF WAY DOWN the bag. This enables the name to still be read after the bag has been filled and folded down.

· Don’t forget to write your child’s name and CLASS on the bag

· Any change due will be sticky taped to the outside of the bag. If you are expecting change. Please remind your child to look on the bag prior to throwing it in the bin.

· Ice blocks and slush puppies are able to order on the lunch bag. However, your child needs to bring the bag back to the canteen at lunch time to “claim” their ice block or slush puppie. This also applies to ice blocks ordered with meal deals.

· Ice blocks or slush puppies are not available at recess

· Please, no foreign currency- our bank does not accept it.

· Volunteers

If you can spare any time pop in to see Debby or Danielle in the canteen up until 2.30pm. Your kids will love to see you!
