Dear colleagues and friends,
On behalf of the Organizing Committee of 2nd
Annual World Congress of Oral &
Dental Medicine-2015(CODM-2015), which is being held during November 1-3,
2015 in Dalian, China, I would like to extend my warm welcome to all distinguished
guests from all over the world.
CODM-2015 follows the success of BIT’s 1st Annual World Congress of Oral &
Dental Medicine-2014 which was held on Nov. 13-16, 2014 in Hainan International
Convention & Exhibition Center, China. Based on the warmly support and
constructive suggestions from our high-profiled participants of CODM-2014, we are
in confident of doing a better work for CODM-2015 which will take place in
November, 2015 in Dalian, China.
With the theme of “Keep the Door of Lives”, CODM-2015 aims to attract strategies
for managing prevention and control of oral diseases. The meeting will offer the
chance to meet and hear the latest from the most prestigious researchers in the field.
The scientific program will cover a wide variety of subjects in the field of Basis of
Dentistry, Oral Diseases and Therapy, Clinical Dentistry, Social Dentistry. Oral
specialists, pathologists, dentists, dermatologists, dental hygienists, are all welcomed
to share their common interests and passion about oral health.
Furthermore, I am more than pleased to welcome all the participants for your
contributions to this dedicated event. I highly appreciate all the scientific advisors,
session organizers, supporters, and the organizing committee members for the
enormous efforts they have put forth to bring this grand program together.

Xinghai Square is a city square in Dalian, China. It is located to
the north of Dalian Bay. It covers a total area of 1.1 million m²,
making it the largest city square in the world. Its name literally
means “the Sea of Stars”. Xinghai Square was built at the
centennial of the City of Dalian in 1998. The sculptures of 1000
footprints and an opened book which facing the sea
commemorates the vicissitudes of the city's history. Looking
into the sea, the Xinghai Bay Cross-Sea Bridge can be seen,
whose construction is slated to be finished in 2015. The Xinghai
Bay beach, the Castle Hotel, Dalian Morden History Museum
and Dalian Shell Museum are also nearby. Located on the
opposite side of the sculpture complex is the Xinghai CBD,
which houses among other things Dalian Xinghai Convention &
Exhibitions Center, Dalian World Expo Center and the
headquarters of Dalian Commodity Exchange.
Located in Xigang District, Dalian Forest Zoo covers an area of 7.2 square kilometers. It
houses more than 3,000 animals that belong to 200 species here. The zoo can be divided
into five zones, namely Comprehensive Show Zone, Primate Animal Zone, Tiger Hill,
Bear and Lion Hill and Grazer Animals Zone.
Laohutan Ocean Park is situated in center Dalian
city, a renowned state-level scenic area. Occupying an
area of 1,180,000 square km, it has a winding coastline
of over 4,000 m. Polar Region Marine Animals World,
the only exhibition of its typein China; World of Birds,
the largest manmade birdcage in China; Tigers
Sculpture Square whose tiger sculpture is the symbol of
Laohutan Ocean Park; as well as Jurassic Flume Ride,
which offers sea rovers, bungees, and other recreational
facilities.
