CLARITYUse of simple language and easy sentence structure in composing the message.

Clarity also means to be clear about your goal or message when talking to someone. While composing the clarity in message we have to bear following points in our mind:

Choose precise, concrete, and familiar words.

Use of simple words rather than jargon words.

Construct effective sentence and paragraphs.

* Golden Rule: When in doubt, use of more familiar words; audience will understand them better. Examples:

Familiar Next familiar words 1- after subsequent 2- home domicile 3- for example e.g 4- pay remuneration 5- invoice statement for payment

Benefit of Clarity: Clarity makes comprehension easier.

Complete clarity of thoughts and ideas enhance the meaning of message.

Clear message make use of exact, appropriate and concrete words.

Examples:1) He accomplished the job with ease (He did the job well)2) He corresponds with his brother regurally. (He writes to his brother regurally) 3) He Locate a new job. (He found a new job) 4) Will you be good enough to meet the Manager. (Please meet the Manager)ConsiderationConsideration means that you prepare every message With the recipient in your mind and try to put yourself in his or her place

It Implies Stepping into the shoes of others

Effective Communication must take the audience into Consideration i.e audience view point, mindset etcConsideration:Focus on You instead of I and We

Show audience benefit or interest of the receiver

Length of message is short which saves time both of sender and receiver

Ensure that the self respect of the audience is mentioned and their emotions are not harmedCompleteness:Every communication must be complete and adequate.It means the message must bear all the necessary information to bring the desired response.Every person should , therefore, be provided with all the required facts and figures.Incomplete messages keep the receiver guessing ,create misunderstanding and delay actions.

Correct communication is error free communication.There should be no grammatical errors.Are all names and titles spelled correctlyMessage should be well timedIt should boost up the confidence level
