Stores > Smart Form > Create Form:

2. An Information Template can be added to the Smart Form.

3. Create a Store. Go to iP Catalog Administrator responsibility > Manage Content > Stores.

4. Add sequence and matching option if desired:

5. Go to iProcurement responsibility > Stores and click the Samrt Form Store link

The Smart Form with the Information template will be available to create the non catalog request.
