MARKET OVERVIEW + Carroll Canyon Redevelopment: The Carroll Canyon Redevelopment is a mixed-use community plan sited in the technology hub of San Diego, combining trails and transit oriented development including a 23-acre community park, 1.5-acre transit center, and 1,800 approved residential units. The proposed project will reduce area traffic by 30% and set aside nearly 60% of open space and parks.

+ Stone Creek: Stone Creek is a large residential project proposed to have 4,445 multi-family residential units, as well as industrial and commercial elements. It is the future redevelopment of Vulcan Materials Company’s 300-acre gravel mining operation in Carroll Canyon. The site runs from about 1/2 mile west of Camino Ruiz to Black Mountain Road.

+ Casa Mira View: Casa Mira View is a large residential project of approximately 2,000 multi-family units currently under construction in the area north of Mira Mesa Blvd (north of Best Buy and the park and ride) between Westview Parkway and I-15.

+ Marine Corps Air Station Miramar: MCAS Miramar, home to the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, is centrally located near more than 10 West Coast Navy and Marine Corps installations. Since 1997, Marines and Sailors have been living and working aboard MCAS Miramar’s 23,000-acre facility.
