History TC Group Solutions was born in Barcelona as T-Cuento Solutions in 2007, and initiated its business developing software and high-tech apps for commercial establishments, mainly monitoring systems and people counting sensors. In this first stage, the company introduced its products in the retail sector and was positioned in the market thanks to the trust of clients like Vodafone, Vanity Fair, Camper and Custo Barcelona, amongst the most important. Three years later, T-Cuento joined Abantia, an international applied engineering group with more than 60 years of experience in the market. Abantia brought into T-Cuento the technical capabilities and necessary resources T-Cuento needed to supply services to new and greater clients, like the mobile telephony chain Orange and Vodafone with more than 2,000 points of sale. Also, Abantia's international presence allowed T-Cuento to supply international coverage to all its clients. In 2010, T-Cuento Solutions started to be called Abantia T-Cuento, a partnership 40% owned by its founder, Alvaro Angulo, through T-Cuento Solutions S.L., and 60% owned by Grupo Abantia.

“In 2012, with more than 4,000 points of sale installed, T-Cuento is already the leader of its sector in Spain and wants to continue growing internationally.” That same year, with internationalization as a goal, the company enters the French market through distributors and, after 15 months from its first entrance in the country, it opens its own branch in Paris to be closer to local clients. It is also in 2012 when T-Cuento begins its process of consolidation, through four routes: 1) technological innovation,

incorporating new functionalities to its management software and applying new hardware solutions,

service, through the development of new system-control tools and hiring more staff for phone support.,

3) growth and fragmentation of client

portfolio, introducing itself in new brands and sectors,

new markets like France, Latin America and Morocco.

In November 2014, to face its new stage of growth and internationalization, T-Cuento reorganizes its shareholding structure, selling Abantia Group's stock option to new investing partners. The new T-Cuento, oriented at growth through entering new international markets, changes its name to TC Group Solutions and inaugurates its new phase with 23 people in staff and a forecast to

Clear international vocation Within the plans of growth and expansion of the company, TC Group Solutions bets by the entrance in new international markets, which it will carry out by means of the global distribution of its products through a network of logistic centers that work as Hubs of distribution providing service at a world-wide level. At present TC Group Solutions already owns a branch in Paris from where it provides service to all Europe. Now the company is aiming at building up the workforce there and moving all of its commercial activity to the capital of France. TC Group Solutions' headquarters will stay in Barcelona where all R&D and management of international sales will continue to be done. Also, working with exclusive distributors from Bogota and Buenos Aires TC Group Solutions services the north and the south of Latin America and from Morocco it provides service to North Africa. At present TC Group Solutions is closing deals for the distribution in Asia and the Middle East. TC Analytics, the Big Data tool for the retailer

TC Analytics is a software for Big Data management where data coming from the hardware solutions installed at the points of sale (readers of outer traffic, In&Out sensors, face recognition cameras, wi-fi receivers, beacons,…) are combined with other data coming from the business (tickets, sales, assortment, stock, staff, marketing campaigns and special sales…), in order to offer a comprehensive dashboard.

The Retail Intelligence® apps of TC Group Solutions makes it possible to relate the internal variables of each business (assortment, space, prices, staff, promotions, sales) to different parameters from the behavior of their clients, such as outside pedestrian flow, customer entrance, repetition and frequency of visits, dwell time, customers inside, visitor conversion and sales conversion rates, hot zones, etc., to identify opportunities for improvement and to increase their profit. “All these solutions converge in a unique space, the TC Analytics, the Big Data tool that works as a comprehensive dashboard for the retailer.” New modules and KPIs This comprehensive tool adaptable and tailored to each client's needs, and in constant evolution, allows retailers to manage new and more specific KPIs, thanks to the following modules and variables: 1) Outside Pedestrian Traffic

Percentage of visitors who have made a purchase.

Percentage of repeat visitors versus new visitors.

9) Occupancy and Dwell Time Visitors who are within the point of sale and their average time of stay at all times. These KPIs are of vital importance to plan the manning tables and to calculate the optimal staff.

Indicated for the stores with complex and/or flexible manning tables, TC Analytics calculates the optimal staff that each point of sale needs at any given time.

11) Face Recognition

Percentage of men and women, age groups and exact length of stay of the people facing towards showcases, shelves and special

TC Street, the key tool for expansion

TC Street is a solution for pedestrian traffic count that helps to know and analyze the seasonal statistics of passers-by at a specific location accurately, 24h a day, and by time slots.

The evaluation of pedestrian traffic helps identify the advantages and/or the risks of a specific location based on the amount of potential clients who pass-by, as well as to evaluate new criteria for the appraisal. This information allows to bring together advertising efforts, to decide the location where the business will be placed, the most suitable hours or days of the week for the business to be open, etc., increasing therefore the success of the business. TC Street was created wishing to make quantitative data on the behavior of pedestrian traffic on the streets and commercial zones available for retailers, premise owners, commercial real estate agents, tourist and/or retailer associations, public administration offices, city councils and users in general. TC Street offers an uninterrupted counting service 24/7, identifying the amount of potential clients who pass-by each location or monitored premises, facilitating the decision-making process on product launching, one-time promotional campaigns and opening of new businesses. The sensors are made using a cell that counts the pedestrians who circulate along the sidewalk up to an adjustable distance of as far as 5m. of amplitude, without being affected by solar light, the
