You have been apprised vide Memorandum No.F.ll (2)/A&P/For-2021/Misc./5638 6-421dated, 25.03.2021 about the importance of submitting replies to Parliament/Assembly Questionsafter due checking at various levels, most importantly atyour level.
2. For providing correct and up-to-date information, duly checked at various levels,comprehensive information can be maintained in form of a "Forest District at a Glance" and"Forest Sub-Division at a Glance". You will also recall that during the Departmental Meetingheld on 17'h'18tr November, 2020, the importance of preparation oi such compilation has beenadequately conveyed to you and reminded in subsequent Departmental Meetings held with youand review of your office inspection reports.
3. To facilitate a comprehensive write up, a framework for "Forest Sub-Division at aGlance" is enclosed which should be fitled up and finalised within the next meeting/review byDistrict Forest Officers in Districts. The "Forest District at a Glance" is to abstract Sub-Oivisionwise information from the Sub-Divisional write-ups. Other information of interest can be addedby the DFOs also.
