(Calgary AB, February 25, 2014) - Calgary based commercial

of Mr. Andrew Wallace as Vice President of Development.

Andrew Wallace joins OPUS to work with the company’s

President and CEO, Hannes Kovac, to undertake

responsibility for the development activities of OPUS and aid

in the company’s continued growth and success.

Having received his Master of City Planning from the

University of Manitoba, Mr. Wallace has worked in both the

public and private sectors, overseeing the development of

mixed use projects throughout western Canada. Most

recently, he worked as the Director of Development for the

University of Calgary in establishing its development

subsidiary, the West Campus Development Trust. In addition

to his extensive experience in land use, planning and

development, Andrew also served as a Board Member of

Calgary’s Subdivision and Development Appeal Board from

2008 until 2012, and currently sits as a Supernumerary

member.
