devices, we chose this name because it’s an appropriate name for a camera company. Research into other company names show that the best names are short and simple (Nikon). Our logo is simple which works effectively on the product itself.

About the company…The mission statement of our company is:To instantly capture a high quality image and provide a service worldwide.

The target audience of our company is widely everyone and anyone who is capable of using our products. Our products appeal to many different people ranging from top photographers who want the top quality and exposure to people who want a simplistic easy to use camera and our products have both these features.

OPTI-Click

The opti-click is a basic digital camera and gets its name from the image being taken with a click. The camera contains many buttons. Simple digital camera style.

The opti-touch is a more advanced camera with more technology involved such as the touch screen which is where the product gets its name.

A developed version of the OPTI-touch camera. This camera has a thinner , lighter , slim design .

New product… OPTI-Xpress

NEW TECHNOLOGY Description:Digital contact lenses placed into the eye which have the ability to capture

images and video footage wirelessly with the click of a button. The button is featured on an electro band which is attached around the wrist

which digitally take images right from the device in the eye. The bracelet features a pause button and record and capture button for

photos and videos. The flexi-bracelet then adapts to unfold into a USB stick to transfer media.

The contact lenses in the eye are wireless and ultra slim and pain free carefully designed to fit the ergonomics of the human eye.

Our main competitors have never developed an idea as unique with this standard of modern technology before. There will be no competition for our new product. Competition

A bit about our competitors:Optix is an indie camera company fairly new to the industry.

The majority of camera companies are conglomerate such as Nikon. There are a few not so well indie camera companies such as IndieCam.

However the competition is not a threat as sales have improved over time. No other camera company has designed such modern technology as Optix has with the Opti-Xpress. This is because Conglomerates need permission for wild new product ideas while Optix is indie and can make new media technology such as Opti-Xpress.

Strengths Our business is better than our competitors because even though we have created products before; we are a brand new independent company that produces high-end photography equipment for professionals and beginners that are interested in photography, also our products are affordable like other camera companies; this is a strength because there is a gap in the market for our company. We have gained a well-respected reputation with the general public over the four years of service because of our products; our products rarely break or are reported as faulty and are always well received by the public, reviews on our products over the past couple of years have always been positive. Customers also praise us on our stores and the service given by our employees. Our unique selling point is our new product; because no one has this idea and it brand new and no camera companies have anything similar so we have the edge for ‘a new technology’.

WeaknessesThe main weakness that our business is not worldwide. As it’s only based in the UK we have a small market that we can sell to. Also other camera companies are more successful and well known for their products being really successful so we have to compete against them. Even though it’s a strength its also a weakness as an independent company we are a high risk to investors because if we fail with a product and it wasn’t received well with the public our company will go bankrupt.

Our business could gain lots of opportunities such as expanding internationally and getting known worldwide; as a small company our goal is to become worldwide and be as successful as other big companies such as Kodak, Nikon and Fujifilm. Other opportunities is the technology market; technology is always expanding and new technologies are always being discovered so we have opportunities to create the latest products.

Our company intends to develop further. We have already expanded into new territories with our technology with our new product ‘Opti-Xpress’ . However developing new technology isn’t cheap to manufacture which is why we need your investment in order to develop more of the product itself and work on making the sales for this new product as high as the previous optix products. It is predicted to sell at a faster rate as it is new technology.Our product is unique so with the Opti-Xpress there will be no competition with other companies such as Nikon etc.
