OPTIONS FOR OBTAINING ROAD REMARKS {AS PER EoDB CRICULAR CLAUSE I(3)}

1. Developer may appoint road design consultant to get design,part completion & full completion certificates, in formats asprescribed in manual for building approval version (1.1).

2. In place of consultant the owner /developer can appoint2. In place of consultant the owner /developer can appointinstitutions like IIT, VJTI, SP COLLEGE OF ENGINEERINGor equivalent institutions for above said consultancy.

3. The Owner /Developer will have option to obtainremarks/completion certificate, from the respective MCGMdepartment on payment of fees , charges, etc. as prescribedby MCGM.

2 D.P. Remarks for the property from E E (DP).2 D.P. Remarks for the property from E E (DP).

3 Demarcation Plan issued by Competent Authority.

4 Any other relevant documents such as SWD, S.G etc.

1. Preparation of design & issue of remarks for pavementconstruction after determination of CBR value & verification ofdocuments.

2. Inspection while carrying out the road work upto WMM level forpavement/ PCC level for footpath & issuing part completioncertificate.pavement/ PCC level for footpath & issuing part completioncertificate.

3. Inspection while carrying out the road work upto wearing courseand issuing full completion certificate.

4. The design, adequacy and execution of all internal serviceswhose remarks are issued by the Consultant will strictly be theresponsibility of the respective consultant.

� FORMATION LEVEL OF ALL EXISTING ROADS ARE NOTREADILY AVAILABLE WITH ROADS PLANNING SECTION OFREADILY AVAILABLE WITH ROADS PLANNING SECTION OFMCGM.

� THE DEVELOPER/ ARCHITECT HAS TO APPOINTSURVEYOR FOR CARRYING OUT FLY LEVEL WORK WITHRESPECT TO NEAREST MCGM BENCH MARK TOASCERTAIN THE EXISTING LEVEL OF ROAD ABUTTINGTHE PLOT.

ISSUE OF PART COMPLETION CERTIFICATE

� While issuing part completion certificate it is to be seenthat the road work is carried out (upto WMM level) for theentire length of proposed road by removing allentire length of proposed road by removing allencroachments coming in the alignment of road.

� No part completion certificate shall be issued if someportion of road remains to be constructed.

ISSUE OF COMPLETION CERTIFICATE

� The completion certificate shall be issued after laying of wearing courses i.e. DBM & BC or other appropriate paving materials, on the entire stretch of the road.
