Culture Dialogues is a tool to develop and sustain a highly reliable culture. The ob-jective is to increase the overall safety and quality performance.In mixed teams, managers and employees examine their own safety practices and be-havior patterns based on 21 different aspects of safety culture. They use these findings as a source for continuous learning.

Culture Dialogues are using 5 levels ofsafety as a lens in order to continouslyimprove collective practices and behaviors (see picture bottom left). The proactive and value-creating level reflect the scientificreseach on the organizing principles High Reliability Organizations (HRO).
