TERMS & CONDITIONSOPTIMAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO: Change the workshop pricing information, schedule and

agenda at any time without prior notice. Cancel or reschedule any workshop due to insufficient

participants or unforeseen circumstances. If OPTIMAL exercises this option, OPTIMAL will employ endeavours to notify the attendees or their organisation as early as possible to minimise inconveniences. OPTIMAL will not be held liable for expenses incurred by the attendees or their organisation.

Replace its facilitator(s) due to unforeseen circumstances.

APPLICATIONS AND TRAINING GUIDELINES: Please note that individuals, not organisations, will be

certified. Certification remains with the certified individual (i.e. if you are certified at one organisation and move to a new organisation, you may continue to purchase and use the tools in which you were certified).

Although you are allowed to purchase the materials and train people, you cannot certify others in your organisation to independently purchase or use the materials without your involvement.

If an organisation loses its sole certified individual, it must have another certified party to continue to purchase additional restricted materials.

REGISTRATION: Registration closes two (2) weeks* prior to the scheduled

workshop date. OPTIMAL will acknowledge receipt of your registration forms

and inform you on the availability for participation. OPTIMAL may cancel workshops if a minimum number of

participants have not registered two (2) weeks* prior to the date of the workshop. Registered participants will be notified of a cancelled workshop.

CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT: Once the workshop has been confirmed, OPTIMAL will email

you a confirmation of enrolment at least two (2) weeks* prior to the scheduled workshop date. The logistical information will be emailed to you at least one (1) week* before the workshop date.

Total workshop fees will be invoiced upon registration and payment must be remitted before or on the first day of workshop.

Please note that only local currency (SGD, RM, HKD, RMB & JPY) will be accepted for each workshop.

Organisations should be held liable for any tax incurred. Workshop certificate will only be presented when payment has been made.

SPECIAL DISCOUNTS AND OFFERS: Bundled price is only available to participants who register for

both L1 & L2 workshops in Year 2020 in one registration and must be paid in full as invoiced.

A discount of 5% for each registration is available for individuals registered and paid one (1) month before respective workshop dates OR groups of three (3) participants from the same organisation who are registered at the same time to any workshops within the same calendar year.

Only one discount can be redeemed per person/organisation. Not valid in conjunction with any other discount.

SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS: Deferral and substitution are possible but certain conditions

apply. Participants who are unable to attend a workshop AND have

not completed the pre-workshop online assessments and/or debrief session may send a substitute from the same organisation, but they must notify OPTIMAL of this change two (2) weeks* prior to the scheduled workshop date.

Participants may defer their attendance to another workshop held at any location within the next 12 months at the discretion of OPTIMAL and must inform OPTIMAL two (2) weeks* prior to the scheduled workshop date. Each participant may only defer ONE time without penalty as stipulated under cancellation clause. Additional charges may be applicable.

Participants who have registered and paid to attend the Putonghua session may be allowed to change to the English session held at any location within the next 12 months, subject to OPTIMAL’s approval. Each participant is only allowed ONE change as stipulated under the cancellation clause. Additional charges may be applicable.

OPTIMAL may at its absolute discretion offer / cease to offer / vary the terms of the offer. In case of disputes arising from the offer, the decision of OPTIMAL shall be final.

CANCELLATION POLICY: OPTIMAL incurs non-recoverable expenses for cancellations. Full refunds will be given for cancellations received in email or

letter more than two (2) weeks* prior to the first day of the workshop.

A 50% refund will be given for cancellations with up to one (1) week* written notice prior to the first day of the workshop.

No refund will be given for cancellations made with less than one (1) week* written notice or no-shows.

No refund will be provided for withdrawal request for L2 if you have registered and paid for L1 & L2 under bundled price.

Once the pre-workshop online assessments and/or debrief session has been completed, full workshop fees must be paid and no refund will be granted. Under such circumstances, the participant may be allowed to transfer from one workshop to another one held within the next 12 months. Only ONE (1) change is allowed at the discretion of OPTIMAL. Additional charges may be applicable. (Refer to “Special Arrangements”)

OPTIMAL takes no responsibility for changes to attendee’s work commitments or personal circumstances.

PRE-WORKSHOP DEBRIEF SESSION FOR L1: Participants who wish to attend their pre-workshop debrief

session have to schedule & complete the session within 3 months of their confirmed workshop dates.

Participants can opt not to attend pre-workshop debrief session at their own discretion.

Participants who opt not to attend pre-workshop debrief session and choose to replace it with a complimentary Hogan ID for Hogan High Potential Report must request for the issuance and use the Hogan ID within 6 months post certification.

Participants who opt not to attend pre-workshop debrief session and choose to replace it with a 20-minute Q&A session on their own profile have to schedule the session within 3 months of their confirmed workshop dates. The Q&A session is strictly restricted to 20 minutes and for sessions exceeding 20 minutes, our consultant will alert the participant and inform him/her the additional charges which is applicable prior to continuation of the session.

Participants who are unable to attend their pre-workshop debrief sessions or pre-scheduled 20-minute Q&A session must notify OPTIMAL at least 48 hours prior to the pre-scheduled time and date. Only ONE time rescheduling without penalty is allowed, subject to OPTIMAL’s approval. Any changes or cancellation of the scheduled sessions within 48 hours of the pre-scheduled date and time will be charged a penalty fee of USD200.

Participants who are late for their scheduled debrief/Q&A session for more than 10 minutes are deemed to have agreed to forgo their debrief/Q&A session. A chargeable session will have to be arranged within 1 month of the cancelled session on mutual agreement.
