Since 2013, we have been running an enablement program for technical high school students in one of Istanbul’s most disadvantaged neighborhoods.

In 2015, 4 out of 6 program graduates joined our team as OPTiiM junior consultants on corporate assignments. In 2016, 5 out of 9
