Lom Ligor wind plant)

o Japan solar sales dropped from the reduction of electric power

purchased (curtailment) following low electricity demands in Q2

OKEA performance weakened as the COVID-19 and OPEC+ oil price war

significantly impacted the market

Year production (~16 Kboe/d) and sales declined: due to turnaround

maintenance and adjusted production plan to be in line with lower crude oil demand

Revenue decrease mainly to lower volume and realized prices

Impairment expenses:

• Draugen and Gjoa technical & ordinary goodwill in 1H2020 from the

significant fall in market price of crude oil and gas

• Yme asset under development, primarily driven by an increasing capital

expenditures and the delayed production

Currency gain on loans: strengthening of NOK against USD

Unwind deferred tax from impairment

• Acquisition of NamSan 3B Power Sole Co., Ltd (45 MW Hydropower plant) 3,581 MB in Laos

• Acquisition of RPV Energy Co., Ltd. (20 MW Solar Farm) for ≈900 MB in Thailand

• Capital increased: increase registered capital from THB 10,000 million by THB 6,508.5 million to THB

16,508.5 million by issue of 1,301.7 million new ordinary shares

• Adopted new Financial Standard TFRS 9 and TFRS 16

• Issued debenture: 8,000 MB split into 3 series which are tenors of 2 years, 7 years, and 10 years with

fixed coupon rates of 2.60%, 3.00%, and 3.40%, respectively.

• Portfolio Adjustment: Company’s Board of Directors has passed the resolution to reduce shareholding

in LAC, BCP gain total value from divestment is approximately USD 100 million.
