• Etiologie: 80% obstipatie bij opioïden gebruik 3

Naloxegol• 12 weken 25mg dd:• significant minder obstipatie bij 10-15% meer patiënten• pre-exisitente laxantia gebruiker: ook 15-20% minder obstipatie• 3-5x sneller tot effectieve darmontlediging

• Geen invloed op pijn level en opioïd dosis • Binnen 1 jaar geen toename ernstige bijwerkingen, geen geval van

darmperforatie

Take home message• Hoge prevalentie• Opioïd-geïnduceerde obstipatie heeft invloed op andere IC complicaties en

daardoor op de opname duur

• Naloxegol voorkeur boven OXN ivm iv opoidgebruik op IC• Naloxegol naast laxantia protocol:• 25mg 1dd bij >3 dagen geen ontlasting bij opioiden gebruik • Contra-indicatie: ileus, darmperforatie, GI-maligniteit
