The research paper is focused on the moral perception of the 1st year ELM students to the

Vizconde massacre case. Based from the results, the researchers have identified the total effect of

the massacre to the public especially to the youth. For them, the massacre shows injustices in our

society especially now that the affected people wants to re-open the case but then, the authority

find it hard to know who the real suspects are because of the lack of evidence. These evidences

are the only things that will help the Vizconde family know who the suspects are and for them to

have the justice they longed to have for a long time. But then, these evidences are already loss

by the authority that causes negative effect to the case of the massacre and will gone cold.
