What’s great about working at opesus

1. It feels great to work with stunning colleagues, to be able to rely on and be able to learn from each other.

Bonus FAQ.What is your bonus system?

We pay a premium on employee salary based on company profit.

What about individual targets?We believe that overall they do more damage than good. Bonus systems based on targets are often complicated and use a lot of time and effort in the organization. And typically they entail targets that can be easily measu-red (e.g. revenue) but neglect to include more intangible but really important results (like customer satisfaction and success).

What if I do a lot of overtime and bring in a lot of revenue?We don’t want anyone to do overtime. We want everyone to work regular working time (in average) and bring top performance within that. Paying a bonus for overtime would contradict what we want to achieve: a sustainable way of work for our employees.
