Program StructureCORE TR AIN INGProgram associates are placed within one of the Sonepar USA Businesses where they will rotate between five modules over a 12-month period: Warehouse, Counter Sales, Inside Sales, Project Management & Quotations and Outside Sales. This section of the program is considered “core training” and is outlined below in five rotational modules.

RES IDENCY TR AIN INGBetween core training modules, associates will participate in “residency trainings” within the Sonepar USA Businesses. Residencies will include specialty training on a variety of business topics, executive exposure and team building.
