TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT Position: Operations and Development Assistant Place of work: TIN Arts Limited, Old School House, Front Street, Framwellgate Moor, Durham DH1 5BL Remuneration: Pro-rata of £16,549 - £18,614 (depending upon experience) Hours of work: Part-time 0.6 fte (equal to 22 hours per week) It may be necessary to work additional hours from time to time for which time off work in lieu may be taken by arrangement. Responsible to: Operations and Development Lead Holidays: 20 days paid holiday per year (pro rata), plus all statutory holidays (pro rata). Special paid or unpaid leave (e.g. domestic emergency, bereavements etc) may be granted in particular circumstances, details of which can be found in the TIN Arts Limited Employee Handbook. Sick Pay: Payment for any periods of absence due to sickness or injury in any 12 month period will be paid as follows, according to length of service: 3 weeks half pay - 1 st year of service (after 3 months service) 3 weeks full pay and 3 weeks half pay - 2 nd year of service 6 weeks full pay and 6 weeks half pay - during the 3 rd year of service and successive years Notice: 4 weeks

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Position: Operations and Development Assistant

Place of work: TIN Arts Limited, Old School House, Front Street, Framwellgate Moor,
