We´ve noticed that most Australians do not
wear a reflector when walking in the dark.
We want to change this by raising awareness
on the importance of using reflectors.
Putting on a reflector is easy. It takes
maximum 8 seconds, and can change
the number of deaths. It´s also the only
proven method of making pedestrians and
cyclists visible at distances sufficient for the
motorist to slow down. So we were thinking,
how can we make people aware of this,
and maybe save their own and others life?
As an integrated media campaign our
Operation Fireflies will use multiple
media channels and an event to spread
the importance, in addition to sell and
give away reflectors. It will also promote
the website and the webshop, and
make it more fashionable okay to wear.

We decided to maintain a clean, rough branding,
that is easy to understand right away. It´s serious
and playful at the same time, getting our word out
there in a way that will make people take action.
