Foreword For the sake of personal safety, improving production
efficiency, the correct
use and maintenance of machines, please be sure to read the
instructions!
Safety precautions： 1.Please specify a fixed operator/worker, to
accept the training from the
manufacturer. Otherwise, misuse, incorrect operation may cause a
dangerous
problem, even causing body injury or property damage! Do not
approach the
machine working area when the machine is working to avoid
danger!
2.Non-professional operator/worker shall not repair the machine
alone, if without
technical support of equipment maintenance from the
manufacturer.
3.Do not use water to directly wash the electrical control part
when cleaning
the machine body!
4.Before checking the electrical part of the heating pipes, etc.
must shut off the
main power supply and internal leakage switch in the electric
control box.

5. Please Note the warning signs on the device during
operation.
I.Installation Requirements: 1.Before installation , Make sure
that the power containing leakage protection
switch (220V，three phase) to the equipment installation location
within 1 meter.
2.Before installation, Make sure that the water pipe (including
the plastic valve) to
the equipment installation position within 1 meter, the water
pipe diameter of 20
mm.

If the electric box connected neutral line, the three phase
220V(3 live line,110v,208v and
110V) will be connect like this, the A phase is 110V.

The heating tube connecting, there is 3sets,each set is connect
small plate, not need
change the small plate place, the three live wires connect each
set, one wire one set plate.
II.Operation rules： The electric box control panel:
1.Indicator light：Green, Red.
2.Ampere meter, Volt meter, Time controller
3. Temperature controller, Speed controller with frequency
converter
4.Function button lights, and the total power switch.
5.Function button in turn: Mixing, heating,
homogenizing/emulsifying, emergency
stop

Operation steps:
1. Before using, the equipment should be cleaned, disinfected,
filling water in
heating layer. Heating, mixing, homogenizing and other
operations must be done
after feeding the material. The temperature needs to be
controlled and set by the
thermometer of the electrical cabinet. The heating process
should be open MIXING
often, to ensure that materials are heated evenly, the stirring
speed can be adjusted
by the meter of the electrical control cabinet.
2. Start/operate/stop:
Starting: Open the leakage switch, open the electric control box
and push up the
leakage switch, close and lock electrical box door. After open
the Leakage Switch,
the equipment enters into energized state.
Operating: Turn on Mixing, heating, homogenization function
button, etc, the
corresponding indicator lights above the buttons start, then
each function starts
working.( Before using each function, please set the parameters
to be used!)
Stop: Turn off Mixing, heating, homogenization function button,
etc, the
corresponding indicator lights above the buttons close, then
each function stops
working.
Emergency Stop:
When an emergency arises, press the main power button
immediately, the
machine will stop all work, enter into the “standby” state, then
the total power
indicator light will turn on, (this function is used only in
case of emergency).
Switching the Emergency stop button to the right, it means
equipment return to
work status again.

3.Set the parameters:
① Temperature controller: “-” means lowering the temperature;
“+” means
increasing temperature.
② Time controller: “-” means reducing the time; “+” means
increasing time.
“H” means hour, “M” means minute, “S”means second.
③ press Stirring button to, the corresponding indicator light is
on, Stirring blades
inside the tank began to rotate clockwise. If anticlockwise,
please exchange the
position of two lines in the motor power. Through Speed
controller with frequency
converter to adjust speed.
④ press Heating button, the corresponding indicator light is on,
the heating pipes
start to heat.
⑤ press Homogenizing button ,the corresponding indicator light
is on, the bottom
homogenizer starts to high-speed emulsification. Start the
homogenizing system
can make the material emulsify. Time is controlled by meter in
electrical box,
usually 5-8min( speed 2880r/min),and then stop and wait a while
and run again.
⑥ When cooling the materials, open the cooling water valve to
circulation cooling,
stirring speed can be slowed down with the temperature drop when
the
temperature dropped to 50 ℃, can be added flavors, preservatives
and other
auxiliary materials depending on the recipe.
⑦ When the temperature dropped to discharging temperature,
closed cooling
water inlet valve at the bottom of the tank, then open the
discharging valve, start
discharging.

III.Attention: 1. Before each starting, check if the power is
stabilized.
2. When cleaning machine, avoid water droplets into the motor,
to avoid damage.
3. After connecting electric wires, please check the move
direction of the mixing
motor and homogenizer motor(under product or water cover the
homogenizer
head),the mixing blade is clockwise move, the homogenizer head
is anti clockwise
move. if the direction wrong, please change any two wires which
connected the
motor. before run heating, please make sure the jackets is full
with water, if no water
in the jackets, the heating tubes will burn. the minimum volume
to run the 2000L
mixing tank is 800L,when you run the homogenizer, it need half
tank water or
product to run(minimum 800L).
4.When the machine is abnormal, you should immediately turn off
the power, then
to overhauling.
5. When starting homogenizer, you should check whether there has
water, if there is no water or
not enough water, please add a sufficient amount of water to
cover the homogenizer head, and then
start homogenizer.
6. Notice: Homogenizer must be operating after feeding
materials. Otherwise may burn out the
homogenizer head
7.when the first time to use the equipment, please use the
material to wash the tank firstly, then
proceed to production.
