For more than 300 years people have travelled to
Nordkapp to experience Europes northernmost
point. This majestic rock has become one
of he most visited destination in Norway.
Nordkapphallen is a visitor center with a variety of
facilities: The Nordkapp Panoramafilm presenting
the Nordkapp region in fours seasons, historical
exhibitions, St. Johannes Chapel, Grotten Bar, gift
and souvenir shop, the world northernmost post
office, restaurants and cafes.
Explore Nordkapp at wintertime
In the winter period 1 October until 30 April there is
a convoy to Nordkapp. It starts from the crossroad
at Skarsvg at 1230 and returns from Nordkapp at
1400. The convoy may also include cars if the
weather permits it. Nordkapphallen visitor center
is open during this time and booking in advance is
necessary.
Due to weather conditions the convoy may be
cancelled.
