Gift Vouchers Bindon Abbey Wellness Retreat Gift Vouchers can be purchased for a treatment or monetary value. Vouchers will be valid for six months. These can be purchased over the phone or in person.

Cancellation Policy We require a notice period of 48 hours for Abbey Retreat Days and 24 hours for all other treatments. A 50% charge will be made for bookings cancelled with less than the required notice, a full charge will be made for missed appointments.

Treatment Time In order for us to provide you with the best care we request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment time. 30 minutes if it’s your first visit to allow time to complete our Consultation Form.

Health Concerns We want you to enjoy your experience at Bindon Abbey Wellness Retreat; we therefore ask you to raise any health concerns when you make your appointment. This will enable us to recommend treatments that are most suitable for you. On arrival, we will ask you to complete a short medical questionnaire to ensure that treatments and spa use are safe and appropriate.
