Sit quietly clear your mind of diversions and cluttertake a few slow deep breaths and start to focus on thescreen in your mind...

Colours should start to come into view. Keep watchingthe colours relax and breathe deeply and slowly. Thecolours will now turn into a shape that you may or maynot recognize...

If you do not see anything this could be because youare not relaxed or you are nervous....

If this happens just go back and try again a little later inthe day...
