Daniel House is a new concept in residential property. The development features 100,000 square feet of accommodation and unique leisure facilities spread over 14 storeys. The existing building will be converted into 170 one, two, three and four bed apartments. Leisure facilities including a

The Signature Living Group has signed an exclusivity agreement with Hugh Baird College to provide accommodation for all of the college’s full-board and overseas students. In addition students studying in the hospitality industry will be given the opportunity to apply their skills in the development’s restaurant and bar.
As part of the collaboration with Hugh Baird College ,Daniel House will feature a fully supplied library and quiet study area for the exclusive use of the building’s residents. This will help tenants stay on top of their academic workload.
