Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 50-18-70 et seq., this letter constitutes a formal requand/or copy certain public records.

Records requested for inspection shall include but not be limited to public rdocuments, papers, letters, maps, books, emails, contracts, tapes, photogrmaterial prepared and maintained or received in the course of the operatioSystem of Georgia.

In particular, this request asks for the following specific records:

1. All email communication between Sr. Vice Chancellor Tom DanielState Director of Government Affairs Philip Allen, and/or any other ValUniversity personnel, that discusses Mark George (of Valdosta Statethe Mary Turner Project (from July 11, 2014 to present).

2. All email communication involving Sr. Vice Chancellor Tom Danielwhatsoever that discusses Mark George (of Valdosta State UniversityTurner Project, from July 11, 2014 to present.

I request that these email be transmitted to me via email in order to be enviresponsible and to save copying costs.

If this request is denied in whole or in part, we ask that you cite in writing thstatutory exemption upon which you have relied, as required by law. We alrelease all separate portions of otherwise exempt material.
