Water reclamation technologies 2. Biosolids reuse technologies 3. Comprehensive Mixed Use Community Design 4. Private Equity Structures 5. Creating Revenue Sources to Drive Down Locations 6. Location Options (Clover Point, McLoughlin, Other) RECOMMENDATION TO THE PROVINCE One representative from each of the following community groups, will have one vote to cast in making a recommend from the outcomes of the above Charettes. Mayors from each of the participating municipalities to accept the representatives from each of the community groups and to accept other community groups (one mayor, one vote, 75% majority required) 1. CRD 2. Community Groups 3. Engineering 4. Architectecture 5. Private Investment 6. Liberal 7. NDP 8. Green 9. Councilor from the Location of Interest PROCESS 1. Interested parties (including those who want to be considered for contracts) will donate their time to the community to participate in the design charrettes and oversight process. 2. Each Community Group will further donate their time to meet as a group and discuss the options and opportunities throughtout the process. 3. Recommendations will be forwarded to the province, as the accepted community recommendation 4. Timeline one month for each set of design charettes, on Saturdays for four hours. Community Groups to meet at their agreed times and dates in between the main design charrettes. 5. Final recommendation to go to the province November 1, 2013.
