This is an open letter and a legal warning.

Next Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at 9:00am at Courtroom B in Horsens Court, Denmark, the false and fraudulent “Clown” judicial court against my person will continue, after the first session on last July 14, 2010, where you failed to assist.

And once again, I request your office that it is your OBLIGATION to assist there to guarantee me to receive a fair and just court process and not to be accomplished of lack of judicial guarantees as you already accomplished in the past.

In the past, and you already have this information in the embassy, as well as in the State Department, in hands of Hillary Clinton. In the past, I was prosecuted with key evidences hidden in court, and I am attaching, one more time, to this letter this hidden document from the Danish prosecutor Jens Rasmussen. The document was hidden with the clear intention to declare me guilty, and until today you keep in conspiratorial silence.

Still it is your OBLIGATION to protest in front of the Danish government, the reasons why November 1, 2006 I was illegally arrested, not allowed to contact a lawyer, brutalized and left handicapped for life and not allowed to contact the USA embassy in Copenhagen, Denmark. I am attaching the court book, that you already have in your possession at the embassy, from the past judicial court where both Nicolai Cederskjold, Anders Bitsch and the judge Niels Foldberg recognized high and clear that I did request to contact the USA embassy as my USA passport in page 4.4 dictate. Still you will have to explain in front of an USA judicial court the purpose why Anita F. Funcke took 25 days delaying to request the Danish police why I was arrested.

You have been failing all these years to protest without hesitation to the Danish government according the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963 Article 36 (a,b,c).

This court next November 9, 2010, in the courtroom in Horsens is nothing else that the continuation of the previews “Clown” fraud that you have been accomplishing and silencing to favor a foreign government for political interest, over an USA citizen. That is never going to happen, the picture is going to stay there, and NO Danish authority have any jurisdiction over this website, which is in USA. And to put you this more high and clear, this is a violation of my freedom of expression according to the First Amendment of the USA Constitution.

Never ever be in doubt that I will request you in front of an USA judicial court to explain your role in this crime of torture over an USA citizen, and all these violations of my human rights.

My indictment against you has already been sent to both USA attorney general Eric Holder, Florida attorney general Bill McCollum and Arizona senator John McCain since last March 29, 2010. The same goes for a request of extradition to Nicolai Cederskjold, Andes Bitsch and Jens Rasmussen as the Sixth Amendment of the USA Constitution dictates, to face court for torture over an USA citizen. Those are also attached to this letter.

I strongly believe and I can prove that both you and USA secretary of State Hillary Clinton have been conspiring against my rights and depriving me my rights under the Color of Law.

All of you, with your actions have been obligating me to prove that I am NOT guilty, when it had to be my accusers who should prove the opposite. For that reason, I am requesting you in front of an USA judicial court.

However, it is still your OBLIGATION to provide me with my Constitutional protection rights and assist to this courtroom in Horsens to guarantee me a legal and fair process and that my human rights don’t get violated again.

To left something high and clear. I will never ever ask you any kind of favor concerning to the rights that belong to me. You are there with the obligation to provide USA citizens with all human rights protection and without any kind of discrimination, without any excuse at all.

With my taxes I pay your salary. I am good to be asked for my taxes, for my vote, and then I also have to be good also for receiving my rights without any kind of discrimination or whatsoever.

I will guarantee you Laurie S. Fulton, that you will face a judicial court in USA. You can run from the USA judicial system, but eventually it will get all of you to face your responsibilities. My promise.
