    All students will learn. All students have developmental differences aswell as varying levels of experiences knowledge

    and ability. High expectations of every child are necessary tohelp students reach their full potential. Students learn through active exploration andpractical application. Students have different learning styles and shouldbe taught using a variety of instructionalstrategies. Educating a child is a shared accountabilityamong the school home and community.

    Appropriate behavior is required of all studentsand members of the learning community tomaximize safety and learning. A nurturing and structured learning environmentis essential. Teacher planning collaboration and professionaldevelopment are vital for improving studentachievement. The school must cultivate a strong sense ofresponsibility to self family and community. Instructional decisions will be made based on theneeds of the students. The school will function as a business andpractice fiscal responsibility.
