ODF Nadia - Lesson learnt• Correct understanding of the situation is the foremost requisite for

effective planning• Social mobilization is critical in reaching out to the masses and in

inducting community level behavioural change• Supply chain is crucial and go hand in hand with demand• Breaking a bigger goal into smaller targets and allocating

responsibility of the targets to the individuals helps to effectively manage a programme at scale

• Women participation in the progamme is game changer• With the convergence of efforts and by using innovative approaches

helps to mobilize and leverage resources • Intense monitoring is key to success of the programme• Institutionalizing the systems and process are important for long

term sustainability• Without dynamic leadership and vision big achievement is not

possible
