ACCOMMODATION

UCA Farnham has two on-campus halls of residence - the Norman Taylor Student Village and the Main Hall. The Norman Taylor Student Village features purpose built houses with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Each house has its own kitchen, toilet and shower facilities and accommodates up to eight students in single study bedrooms, each with its own washbasin. The Main Hall comprises seven flats, each accommodating up to four or five students. The flats have shared kitchen and bathroom facilities and there is also a washbasin in each room.

We aim to house as many new full-time students as possible who want to live in university accommodation, in line with our allocation policy. From the March of your year of entry, and once you have had your offer firmly accepted, you can apply for accommodation through the applicant portal, which will also have information on residents’ fees and periods of residence.

We advise you apply for your accommodation as early as possible. You can indicate the accommodation and type of room you’d like and we can take these into account, although we can’t guarantee to offer your first choice.

The first allocation of university accommodation is carried out in July and on a rolling basis after that - we will let you know the outcome of by email as soon as possible. If you have been successful, you will be able to view and accept/reject your Accommodation Agreement through our online system.

For more on accommodation, visit: ucreative.ac.uk/uca-accommodation
