Proposal & Standard Quotation for a One Person Company Registration
One Person Company can increase its capital to up to 50 lacs only and the maximum turnover of
the company need to be below 2 crores. Minimum one person is required to become director and
another one person is required to be the nominee of the company. A one person company is also
a private limited company and the same is considered as separate unit distinct from the identity
of its promoters.
The time required to incorporate a company depends on documentation, availability of digital
signature and name approval of the company. We at KPS strive to complete the incorporation

Two sets of self-attested documents as mentioned above is required. One photo need self-attestation on the front and another without attestation. + Signature on Forms are needed, which is elaborated later.

Step No-1: Digital Signature (DSC – Class – II) DSC is required for filing the forms of company registration electronically to Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The same may be obtained from certifying agencies, we obtain it from TCS
Step No-2: DIN (Director Identification Number) of all the Directors This is a unique number allotted to the directors of the company which remains valid for whole life of the director and is required to become director of any company.
Step No-3 : Name Availability of Co: Most crucial aspect of company registration is the name approval of the company. Promoters need to provide six names of the proposed company in order of preference along with significance of words used.
Step No-4: Drafting of MOA and AOA: Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the company is drafted after the name of the company is approved, the last page of the MOA and AOA is referred as subscriber sheet which need to be filled in by the promoters in their own hand
Step No-5: payment of ROC Fee and Incorporation: After the MOA and AOA is drafted and signed the same is submitted to ROC along with statutory Forms and the prescribed fee. The approval of the filed application results in incorporation of the company, a certificate of incorporation is issued.
Step No-6: Issuance of Certificate of commencement of business: Once company is incorporated and certificate of incorporation is issued the next step is to obtain a certificate of commencement of business
