YEAR 6 MINI FETE Congratulations to the Year 6 staff and students for coordinating another successful Mini Fete. It was such an amazing day of fun. As shared on our Facebook page, we raised $9800. This
money will be used to purchase more equipment for the students to use during break times.
FAMILY REFERRAL SERVICE We are pleased to share that we are working closely with the Family Referral Service (FRS). From yesterday one of their social workers, Caitlin, will be based in our school to directly support our families and students. If you feel that you or your family may benefit from speaking with Caitlin, please send an email to our Learning and Support Teacher, Natalie

2020 Our staffing reflects the number of students we have enrolled at the school. As such, if your children are moving schools at the end of this year, could you please contact the office asap to ensure we do not include your child/ren in our anticipated numbers.
ABSENCE NOTES If your child has had any time off school, please ensure you send a note in to their teacher explaining the absence. It is important that this note is sent in on the day your child returns to school. As part of Departmental Policy, my staff will make contact with you if your child has been away for 3 days or more to ensure everything is okay. For your convenience, you are able to submit absence notes via the Skoolbag App. If you are intending on taking your child on extended leave, please complete the leave form available from the front office. CANTEEN NEWS Birthday Vouchers Birthday ice block vouchers are available for $1 each and parents can buy them for the birthday child and their peers or whole class. I have them available online to order and at the canteen counter and the vouchers go to the child’s class and then the kids bring them back to the Canteen to choose their ice block either an ice mony, frozen juice cup, juicies ice treats etc. for $1 value. It’s just something cute for parents to do for their kids whether you buy it just for your child or their friends as well.
