Onyx Mobile enables you to access features from Onyx CRM while on the go. Onyx Mobile will allow users on both Android and Apple platforms to access new and improved features, such as advanced search, and mapping integration. Onyx Mobile also offers many advanced features such as Click to call, Click to e-mail, Image upload as well as Signature Capture and Barcode scanning capabilities.

Each user now can subscribe to the Navigator Bookmark or queries which will show up automatically on any device. Another new feature added in 7.8 is the ability to launch work flow scripts directly from a record. Moreover, since Onyx Mobile is connected directly to the Onyx CRM database, users do not have to worry about manually syncing their updates.

With Onyx 7.8 we have updated the search features to allow seamless access to your records from any device. The innovative search feature enables users to have a more thorough and complete search experience. The application will allow users to quickly access their recently added contacts and incidents with a “favorites” feature. The new search feature will also allow users to modify current customers’ details such as addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses. Users will even have the ability to create new customer profiles. With the added Drill Down feature, users can view customer details, history and monitor tasks so they can take action directly in

The Onyx Mobile App now comes with signature capture which allows managers to easily sign off on important decisions and also enables field service personnel to get customer approval right on their mobile devices. The Intuitive bar code reader can easily be configured to retrieve relevant Onyx CRM data that matches the scanned bar code like bringing up a list of matching products that need to be shipped.

One of the biggest concerns users tend to have in regards to mobile applications is security. Unlike other CRM applications, Onyx Mobile establishes a direct connection to the Onyx CRM database and does not store any CRM data on the mobile device. Instead, any information uploaded or modified in Onyx Mobile is instantly reflected in the Onyx CRM database.
